			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> Being happy is easy when life is going well; but what about when circumstances spin out of control and bad things happen one right after another.</p>
<p>We all have times when we feel that we just can’t get out from under the storm clouds. How do people stay happy during the tough times?</p>
<p>It’s been said time and time again that when the going gets tough the tough get going, but some people don’t find that at all easy to do.</p>
<p>Positive attitudes can help, but knowing that there is a higher power that controls the chess pieces of our lives lets us know that this hard time is only a bump in the road and will soon pass.</p>
<p>This deep acceptance of faith is called joy; and hard times simply can’t compete with pure joy.</p>
<p>We may not understand why bad things happen to good people, but we know that they do and always will. Bad things happen to bad people too, just as good things happen to good people.</p>
<p>It’s just the way it is. If we can simply understand that we can’t know certain things on this side of life, which will help us get through life here.</p>
<p>Try to look at everything as part of God’s plan and as a positive experience; find joy in the simple pleasures in life and don’t let the circumstances of the day (or week) get you down!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> There is nothing better than a good night’s sleep to make you feel better. Well, maybe a perfect diet, proportioned in fat, carbohydrates, proteins and calories. Oh, I almost forgot the benefit of a good exercise program will do wonders for your health and well-being.</p>
<p>There is nothing more important to your happiness factor than taking proper care of your body.</p>
<p>Taking care of your health is an integral part of taking care of your mental well-being. It’s hard to feel happy if you don’t get proper nutrition, sleep or exercise, no matter how hard you try to keep a positive attitude. If you don’t feel rested or fueled, happiness is going to be just beyond your reach.</p>
<p>Take time to get the rest you need. Go to bed earlier than usual, but don’t disturb your natural rhythm too much. Eat smaller meals, but more frequently, to keep your blood sugar levels regular. Eat fresh foods; lots of fresh fruit and vegetables will help keep your energy levels up, and make sure to include some proteins for long-term energy.</p>
<p>Exercise tells your brain to release “happy hormones”, called endorphins. Regular exercise that makes you breathe just a little bit hard helps you to burn fat and to get the added benefit of the endorphins that give you a burst of energy and a sense of well-being.</p>
<p>Take control of your own body as a way of making yourself happier. By making better food choices, getting plenty of quality rest and getting more exercise is a sure-fire way of increasing you “happy factor”.</p>

<p>Most people who are truly happy have a true sense of purpose in their life.What is your passion and are you living it? For many people, faith in <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/God_in_Christianity" title="God in Christianity" rel="wikipedia" class="zem_slink">God</a> brings them happiness, hope for the future and a sense of purpose.</p>
<p>Happy people generally are giving people; giving truly does bring the giver joy, if it’s done with a real attitude of giving for the sake of giving. Happy people are also thankful for the things in their life, and for the people and relationships in their life.Nurture your special relationships with family and friends and think about dumping negative relationships that do nothing except bring you down.</p>
<p><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Optimism" title="Optimism" rel="wikipedia" class="zem_slink">Optimism</a> doesn’t come naturally to some people, but the happiest people are optimists, always looking on the lighter and brighter side of life. Take it easy on yourself-lighten up!</p>

<p>Consciously look for the bright side in every situation throughout the day; instead of instantly thinking something won’t work, think about how it could.</p>
<p>Be mindful of how blessed you are; got a job? Be thankful. <p>This was sent by a retired <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coca-Cola" title="Coca-Cola" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">Coca Cola</a> executive.  It came from one of his engineer buddies who retired from <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nfg1U3Z0mVM" title="Halliburton" rel="youtube" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">Halliburton</a>.  If you are tired of the gas prices going up AND they will continue to rise this summer, take time to  read this PLEASE.</p>

This makes MUCH MORE SENSE than the &#8216;don&#8217;t buy gas on a certain day&#8217; campaign that was going around last April or May!</p>

<p>I hear we are going to hit close to $ 4.00 a gallon by summer and it might go higher!  Want <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gasoline" title="Gasoline" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">gasoline</a> prices to come down? </p>
<p>We need to take some intelligent, united action.  The oil companies just laughed at that because they knew we wouldn&#8217;t continue to &#8216;hurt&#8217; ourselves by refusing to buy gas.</p>
<p>It was more of an inconvenience to us than it was a problem for them. BUT, whoever thought of this idea, has come up with a plan that can Really  .  Please read on and join with us!</p>
<p>By now you&#8217;re probably thinking gasoline priced at about $2.00 is super cheap.  Me too!  It is currently $3.75 for regular unleaded in my town.</p>
<p>Now that the oil companies and the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OPEC" title="OPEC" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">OPEC</a> nations have conditioned us to think that the cost of a gallon of gas is CHEAP at $1.50 - $1.75, we need to take aggressive action to teach them that BUYERS control the marketplace&#8230;  not  sellers.</p>
<p>With the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gasoline_usage_and_pricing" title="Gasoline usage and pricing" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">price of gasoline</a> going up more each day, we consumers need to take action.</p>
<p>The only way we are going to see the price of gas come down is if we hit someone in the pocketbook by not purchasing their gas!  And, we can do that WITHOUT hurting ourselves.</p>
<p>How?  Since we all rely on our cars, we can&#8217;t just stop buying gas.</p>
<p>But we CAN have an impact on gas prices if we all act together to force a price war.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the idea: For the rest of this year, DON&#8217;T purchase ANY gasoline from the two biggest companies (which now are one),   EXXON and MOBIL.</p>
<p>If they are not selling any gas, they will be inclined to reduce their prices.   If they reduce their prices, the other  companies will have to follow suit.</p>
<p>But to have an impact, we need to reach literally millions of <a href="http://www.exxonmobil.com/" title="ExxonMobil" rel="homepage" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">Exxon</a> and Mobil gas buyers.  It&#8217;s really simple to do!  Now, don&#8217;t wimp out on me at this point&#8230; keep reading and I&#8217;ll explain how simple it is to reach millions of people!</p>
<p>I am sending this note to 30 people.  If each of us send it to at least ten more (30 x 10 = 300)&#8230;  and those 300 send it to at least ten more (300 x 10 = 3,000)&#8230; and so on, by the time the message reaches the sixth group of people, we will have reached over THREE MILLION consumers.  If those three million get excited and pass this on to ten friends each, then 30 million people will have been contacted!</p>
<p>If it goes one level further, you guessed it&#8230;  THREE HUNDRED MILLION PEOPLE!!!</p>
<p>Again, all you have to do is send this to 10 people.  That&#8217;s all!</p>
<p>(If you don&#8217;t understand how we can reach 300 million and all you have to do is send this to 10 people&#8230;  Well, let&#8217;s face it, you just aren&#8217;t a mathematician.  But I am.  So, trust me on this one.</p>
<p>How long would all that take?  If each of us sends this e-mail out to ten more people within one day of receipt, all 300 MILLION people could conceivably be contacted within the next 8 days!</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll bet you didn&#8217;t think you and I had that much potential, did you! Acting together we can make a difference.</p>
<p>If this makes sense to you, please pass this message on.  I suggest that we not buy from Exxon and Mobil until they lower their prices to the $2.00 Range and keep them down.  This can really work!!!  <strong>Pitch in!</strong></p>

This should be balanced by <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omega-6_fatty_acid" title="Omega-6 fatty acid" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">omega 6</a> and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omega-3_fatty_acid" title="Omega-3 fatty acid" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">omega 3</a> lipids.</p>
<p>• It should also avoid <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saturated_fat" title="Saturated fat" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">saturated fats</a> as much as possible, as well as trans-fats or <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trans_fat" title="Trans fat" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">trans-fatty acids</a> as they are sometimes known.</p>
<p>• A good diet should also include a significant amount of amino acids (which are complete proteins). This provides replenishment to your cells and transports proteins throughout your body. <p>Tell a potential customer that a certain product will lower his chance of a heart attack by 35% and he’ll whip out his credit card. Tell him that one in 5 men who buy a certain pill will find a better job within a year and he’ll seriously consider buying the obviously fraudulent product.<br />
Show someone a magic bean and tell them that the last ten people who purchased it are living happy and <a href="http://healthyherbalalternatives.gnld.net/store/category.aspx?STORE_ID=1&#038;NAV_CATEGORY_ID=3230&#038;CATEGORY_ID=3258"  class="alinks_links" onclick="return alinks_click(this);" title="HEALTHY HEART"  style="padding-right: 13px; background: url(http://homefreebusiness.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/alinks/images/external.png) center right no-repeat;" rel="external">healthy</a> lives and they’ll scoop it up in a heartbeat.</p>
<p>Statistics are a markers favorite tool and any good salesperson will tell you that it’s the best way to seal any deal.</p>
<p><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet" title="Internet" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">The Internet</a> is abound with stats that have little basis in reality and only cause to confuse instead of educate. Statistics can be misleading and any good consumer should know how to differentiate the truth from the deception.</p>
<p>There are sites though, that do have the best of intentions and these websites which are trying to help rather than hurt should be commended for their honesty.</p>
<p>One stat that struck out at me recently observed that twenty years ago, Americans consumed 50 pounds of sugar per person. Today, Americans consume 150 pounds per person.</p>
<p>This stat initially sounded strange to me so I started doing some research to see if this could possibly be <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Truth" title="Truth" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">true</a>. Does the average <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States" title="United States" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">American</a> really consume three times the amount of sugar a day versus twenty years ago?</p>
<p>What I found during my research scared me and made me realize why stats are such a powerful and important sales tool.</p>
<p>In my pursuit of the truth, I started reading all about the diet industry and the different methods that people create their <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eating" title="Eating" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">eating</a> habits. The more I read, the more I realized how problematic my own eating habits were.</p>
<p>I never realized how badly my eating habits were and how a lot of the problems I was having could be attributed to not having enough nutrition in my diet.</p>
<p>Thankful for making this revelation, I started researching what I could do to improve my situation. I wasn’t looking to necessarily <a href="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/redirect?link_code=ur2&amp;camp=1789&amp;tag=trugold-20&amp;creative=9325&amp;path=external-search%3Fsearch-type=ss%26keyword=weight+loss%26index=hpc-index&#038;platform=gurupa"  class="alinks_links" onclick="return alinks_click(this);"  style="padding-right: 13px; background: url(http://homefreebusiness.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/alinks/images/external.png) center right no-repeat;" title="lose weight to improve your appearance" rel="external">lose weight</a><img class="amazon_image" src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=trugold-20&amp;l=ur2&amp;o=1" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" /> (but it would be a nice bonus too), I just wanted to be healthy and have tons of energy.</p>

It&#8217;s often claimed that you&#8217;ll experience exotic states of blissful <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meditation" title="Meditation" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">meditation</a> and/or that you&#8217;ll quickly bring about transformational changes in your life.</p>
<p>While I&#8217;m sure some programs have something to offer, I also know there is no real short cut to LASTING transformation and happiness.</p>
<p>Meditation and mind-body training in general require PRACTICE. Those people that practice usually find the rewards are well worth it.  If you practice correctly and you are committed to the process, the odds of achieving the results you&#8217;re looking for and very good.</p>
<p>I recommend you set aside some time each day for your practice. Ten minutes a day is fine to get you started. But the most important thing is that you make it fun so you enjoy it and practice consistently.</p>
<p><strong>Secret #2: Your Posture Must Be Good</strong></p>
<p>There are many possible positions for meditation-lotus <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_position" title="Human position" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">position</a>, half-lotus, sitting on a chair or cross-legged on the floor. Some prefer to sit on a cushion on the floor while others prefer a standing meditation.</p>
<p>Whatever position you settle in, your posture must be full and open and your back straight. A bad posture is uncomfortable and will make you feel restless. When your posture is good, you will feel more comfortable and your practice will be so much more enjoyable.</p>
<p><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sitting" title="Sitting" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">Sitting</a> or standing in a good posture makes the inside of your body come alive. Energy flows more easily through the body. Good posture promotes natural, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spontaneous_remission" title="Spontaneous remission" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">spontaneous healing</a>. Make good posture an inseparable part of your practice. In fact, make good posture part of your daily life!</p>
<p><strong>Secret #3: The Best Style Of Meditation</strong></p>
<p>There are many people out there teaching all sorts of different styles and practices.  But do not accept anyone&#8217;s teaching without verifying the truth of what they say in your own experience.</p>
<p>I recommend you try a few different styles and see what feels right for you (all the main natural styles are covered in our introductory training program &#8220;Secrets of Meditation, Health and Manifestation.&#8221;)</p>
<p>Find one or two styles that feel good for you and stick to that, but be careful not to get stuck in the technique.</p>
<p>While there are a number of important <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guideline" title="Guideline" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">guidelines</a> common to all styles of meditation practice, the most important guideline is this: Listen to your own body and do what is natural and feels right for you.</p>
<p>Remember that if you feel discomfort in any way, that is a sign that what you are doing is NOT good!</p>
<p><strong>Meditation should NEVER be forced.</strong> You should let the meditation happen in a relaxed and comfortable way without forcing or directing it. The main thing to remember is to pay attention to your body. Make sure that what you are doing is natural and feels right for you.</p>
