The Only Way to True Happiness
The Only Way to True Happiness is to have GOD in your life. As a matter of fact,The road to happiness is written in the Bible: THE way, THE truth and THE Light is Jesus Christ.
It is held by Christians worldwide that there is an innate emptiness in each of our hearts; we try to fill it up with “stuff’, with experiences, purchases, with drugs and alcohol or sex; this vacuum, this empty place in our heart can only be filled by Jesus Christ.
Anything and everything else is only temporary. You can keep on trying to fill this void, but the only puzzle piece that fits is Christ.
Surrendering your life to God leads to amazing things. It takes away all of your fears-you’ve given those old fears and problems to God; how he handles them is meant to be.
You simply don’t have to worry anymore. You do, however, have to be open to what God may have in mind for your life.
God does not give you more than you can handle, but He may push you in directions that you’ve never thought about. In prayer, ask for your needs, not your wants, and your life will be forever changed.
You will find the purpose of your life in your ministry, be it music, teaching, preaching, giving or
reaching the lost.
Your life, as you knew it, empty and void, will be replaced by a lifestyle that compares to no other. The happiness-the joy-that you could never find will be a part of your life in abundance.

Heal Your Sunburn with Yogurt
Most of us have tried yogurt, and we might consider it to be a diet food but it is actually very good for the skin. This is especially the case whenever we have a problem with sunburn and we want to cool the skin and to prevent any problems from occurring, such as infection. It is important for you to make sure that you are using the right type of yogurt whenever healing your sunburn and that you do it regularly in order for it to be able to do its job.
The type of yogurt that you’re going to need is all natural and it is not the yogurt that you typically find on the shelves of the grocery stores in your local area. As a matter of fact, that yogurt is really nothing more than dead food and it is typically full of sugar and preservatives. At most health food stores that sell some groceries, you will be able to find yogurt with living cultures and it will have a number of benefits that will help you to overcome your sunburn. Not only is it going to feel good against the skin whenever the yogurt is chilled, it is also going to have antimicrobial properties and it will give your skin what is needed in order to heal properly.
If you really want to help your sunburn quickly, you can try adding a little bit of lavender or perhaps some apple cider vinegar with the yogurt in order to make more of a paste. These also have anti-burn properties, and can help you to heal much quicker. Just continue to apply it on a regular basis and you will see a difference in how quickly the sunburn disappears.
Yogurt Compresses for Sunburn Healing
The first thing that I would like to say is that this type of compress is not going to be appropriate for every type of burn. If you have a first or second degree burn that is rather small, or perhaps a sunburn, it is an excellent way for you to cool the area and to apply some healing relief. On the other hand, you may have a third degree burn that damages the skin to the point where it needs medical attention. Electrical and chemical burns should also be checked by a qualified physician, although there are some natural things that you can do to assist in the healing of those as well.
You also need to make sure that you have the right type of yogurt, as the type that is generally available at the grocery store is not going to be of much benefit at all. The reason why that is the case, is because it has been processed to the point where many of the yogurt cultures are not any good or are completely dead. In order for this to work properly, you will need a source of natural, organic yogurt that has not been processed or had any preservatives added to it.
Apply the yogurt directly to the area, overlapping the burn area by a few inches in order to make sure that it is covered properly. You would want to continue to reapply it, each time that it dries so that you would keep the area moist and would allow the yogurt to do its healing work. The cultures inside of the yogurt are excellent for the skin, and they also have antimicrobial and antibacterial properties that can keep infection from setting in. If you find yourself in a situation where a small burn has occurred, this is an excellent choice for you.
How an Aloe and Lavender Smoothie Helps with Sunburn
What might interest you about this particular smoothie is the fact that you’re not going to drink it but rather, you’re going to apply it topically to the area. The real key to making this as pleasant as possible is to cool down the ingredients a little bit, perhaps by adding just enough ice to the mix to bring them to the temperature where they are cool to the touch. It is important for you not to put too much ice into it, as an icy smoothie that is applied to the skin can actually cause additional damage over top of what has already been done.
The main ingredients of the smoothie is going to be aloe and the lavender. The general mixture of these two is about 4 ounces of aloe vera gel to approximately 1 tablespoon of lavender oil. You would then want to add additional ingredients into the smoothie that would help it even further, such as a little bit of apple cider vinegar and perhaps even some yogurt. If you do plan on using yogurt, make sure that it is organic yogurt cultures and not the store-bought variety that is generally nothing more than a lot of sugar and preservatives.
Mix the smoothie until it is creamy and smooth before applying it to the skin. It would be helpful if you changed the smoothie application every 10 minutes or so, both to help to keep the area moist and because the additional coolness from the new application is going to feel great against the skin. If you have these ingredients readily available at all times, you will always be prepared to whip up a quick smoothie that will be able to help you or somebody that you care about overcome a burn quickly.
Using Tomato for Minor Burns
One of the things that you can do which will quickly help you with the burn without taking a lot of your time in the process is to put a slice of tomato directly on the burn. You only really need to hold it there for a few minutes and allow the tomato juice to stay on the area until it dries. You would be surprised with exactly how much benefit you’re able to receive from this, and the pain almost instantaneously goes away.
Another thing that you may want to try is applying some egg whites to the area of the burn. This is an old natural healing technique that really tends to work well for almost any type of burn, including sunburn and even for drawing out a fever. Don’t use the yolk of the egg, it really doesn’t do any good at all but it is the whites that are applied directly to the area that will begin to give you the relief that you need. Whenever the egg white dries and begins to peel off, reapply it to the area fresh.
One final thing that you might want to try whenever you have a small burn such as this is applying a slice of potato to the area. Potatoes have a number of different natural ingredients inside of them which are beneficial for the skin and they can leech directly from the potato slice into your skin whenever they are applied immediately after the burn takes place. You can either apply it and leave it in place, attaching it with a small bandage or you can simply hold it on the area for a few minutes in order to draw out the pain that is being experienced.
